Lee M. Ratner, M.D., Body Cross-Sectional and Musculoskeletal Imaging Specialist

Dr. Ratner was born in New York City, and received his B.A. degree from Columbia University in New York, N.Y. Lee received his M.D. degree from Albany Medical College.
Following his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Dr. Ratner was awarded full certification by the American Board of Radiology. Service in the United States Air Force followed residency, where Lee rose to the rank of Major and became Chairman of Radiology at Malcolm Grow USAF Medical Center of Andrews Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. While in Washington, Dr. Ratner served as consultant in radiology to the Surgeon General of the United States Air Force. Following completion of military service, Dr. Ratner assumed a position in academic radiology at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he was Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging. Lee became an associate at Albany Advanced Imaging in 2000, and then a full Member in 2003.

Dr. Ratner is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, New York State Radiological Society, and Society of Magnetic Resonance.
