Martin L Banson, MD, Body Cross-Sectional and Musculoskeletal Imaging Specialist

Dr. Banson is one of the highly experienced radiologists who may interpret your images after your testing has been completed. He is a native of Massachusetts, where he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his M.D. at the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Banson was:

  • The Chief Resident in Diagnostic Radiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts
  • A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of MIT

After medical school, Dr. Banson completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School in Boston, where he was named Chief Resident in Diagnostic Radiology. He completed a yearlong fellowship in musculoskeletal and abdominal MRI, CT, and ultrasound at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.

Dr. Banson lives with his family in Loudonville, a hamlet in the Town of Colonie, and enjoys golf and traveling.
